Founder & Clinical Leader

Dr. Kabir Rezvankhoo is a triple board‑certified physician in Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, and Neurocritical Care, with additional certification in Adult Echocardiography. He blends Ivy League training with lived endurance sports experience to redefine high‑performance wellness, serving athletes, executives, and high‑profile professionals.

Christina Alanis,

Nurse Practitioner

Christina is a board‑certified Adult/Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in internal medicine and specialized experience in cardiology. At Koléni Health, she provides virtual clinical consultation, diagnostic evaluation, medication management when appropriate, and evidence‑based guidance grounded in precision medicine.

She is also an accomplished endurance athlete, having completed multiple full‑distance Ironman and 70.3 races and placing 3rd overall female in her debut 100 km ultramarathon in 2025. Sports Medicine Physical Therapist, Medici Health

Andy trained at Duke University and completed a sports residency at Orlando Health, bringing expertise in sports medicine and performance. He has worked with professional teams including Orlando City SC and North Carolina FC, and now integrates sport‑science data with hands‑on care to deliver individualized, evidence‑based plans that reduce injury risk while improving strength, conditioning, and long‑term resilience for athletes and active adults at Medici Health.

Chandlyr Kulpa-RD APD

Licensed Dietitian

Chandlyr is a dual‑credentialed Registered Dietitian (RD) and Australian Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who thrives at the intersection of high‑level clinical science and high‑endurance performance. With more than six years of experience in acute and critical care—from the NICU to complex adult GI management—she is known for solving the most challenging nutritional problems with precision and clarity.
She also brings the perspective of a true endurance athlete. As a 2026 Ironman 70.3 World Championship qualifier, she applies the same discipline she uses to fuel for race day to the way she supports patients and athletes. Hayley Reis is a decorated endurance athlete and a key performance coach at Koléni Health, known for pairing high‑level grit with professional precision. With certifications in triathlon coaching and endurance sports nutrition—alongside her experience as an Ironman triathlete and ultramarathon champion—she brings structured, resilient, and experience‑driven guidance to every client.

She builds personalized programs that integrate Koléni Health’s clinical assessments, biomarkers, and nutritional strategies into a precise, data‑informed plan tailored to each individual’s progress.
