Frequently Asked Questions

Consultation & Fit Evaluation

What is the purpose of the initial consultation?

Your consultation is a physician-led evaluation designed to determine whether Medici’s clinical-performance model is the right fit for your goals.
It is not a treatment visit — it is a structured assessment of your physiology, history, and objectives.

A $495 deposit is required to book your initial consultation. This reserves a dedicated, physician-led evaluation of your goals, physiology, and eligibility for our programs. If we determine Koléni is the right clinical fit, your deposit is applied in full toward your personalized program. If we determine our model isn't the right match for your needs, your deposit is fully refunded.

Because Koléni operates on a fit-first model. We only accept patients we believe our program will meaningfully help, so if our clinical team determines we're not the right match for your goals, your $495 deposit is refunded in full and we'll point you toward more appropriate resources.

Every Medici program is custom-built around your physiology, biomarkers, and goals. The consultation ensures:
• Clinical alignment
• Safety
• Appropriate expectations
• That we only accept patients who will benefit from our model
This protects both you and the integrity of our care.

Dr. Kabir builds the schedule around you, not the other way around. Appointments are coordinated directly to fit your training, travel, and work calendar — including evenings and weekends when needed. If something changes, we’ll work with you to reschedule. The model is designed to flex with your life, not interrupt it.

No. Koléni is built around graduation, not retention. Our goal is to get you healthy, equip you with the knowledge and tools to manage your own performance and longevity, and then step back as your role expands and ours contracts. Most patients move through a structured program and graduate with a personalized blueprint they can carry forward independently — and the door stays open. Former teammates are always welcome back, whether for a single follow-up, a seasonal check-in, or to re-engage when life changes call for it.
For those who want continuous, 24/7 access to Dr. Kabir and full comprehensive concierge oversight, we offer that as an ongoing membership tier. But it’s a choice, not a requirement — and most of our patients don’t need it.

Pricing & Program Structure

Why isn’t pricing for programs listed on the website?

Because every Medici program is custom-designed.
Your physiology, biomarkers, lifestyle, and goals determine the structure and intensity of your program.
Listing generic tiers would misrepresent the level of personalization we deliver.

Program pricing is determined after your physician-led consultation, once we understand your goals, physiology, and clinical needs.
Your consultation fee is applied toward your program if you are a good fit.

No.
Medici does not use templated tiers or one-size-fits-all protocols.
Every program is built from scratch around your biology and performance objectives.

Wearables, Technology
& Data Requirements

Do I need wearable devices to participate in a Medici program?

Yes. Medici is a technology-enabled, data-driven clinical model.
Our programs rely on continuous biometric data to interpret patterns, refine protocols, and guide clinical decision-making.

Patients are required to have access to — and be comfortable using — tools such as:
• Heart rate monitor or chest strap
• Sleep tracker
• Smart scale
• Blood pressure monitor
• Smart watch
• Continuous glucose monitor (CGM)
• Access to smart trainers, treadmills, or equivalent training tools

These devices are essential for accurate assessment and ongoing refinement. Patients who prefer a low-tech or minimal-data approach may not be a good fit for our model.

Because physiology is dynamic.
Wearable data allows us to monitor:
• Heart rate variability
• Sleep architecture
• Glucose stability
• Autonomic patterns
• Training load
• Recovery signals

This level of insight is what enables precision-based care.

Yes.
Patients should expect an upfront investment in the wearable devices required for accurate monitoring.
This ensures we can deliver the level of precision and clinical oversight that defines the Medici model.

Eligibility & Clinical Scope

How do you determine if I’m a good fit?

We evaluate:
• Your goals
• Your medical and performance history
• Your physiology and lifestyle patterns
• Whether our model can meaningfully improve your trajectory
If alignment is strong, we proceed.
If not, we refund your consultation fee.

Yes — but only when clinically appropriate.

Eligibility is determined during your consultation based on physiology, history, and long-term goals.

No.
Medici is a clinical-performance architecture model, not a medication-only service. We work with patients committed to a structured, physician-led program.
